Keely LaFrinier is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Co-Founder of Integrated Minds Counseling Group. She works with individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns, particularly those navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences on present-day functioning.

Keely’s approach is grounded in connection, clarity, and practical application. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change, while also providing skills and strategies that can be integrated into daily life. Her work is informed by evidence-based modalities including CBT, ERP, DBT-informed approaches, and neurodiverse-affirming care, as well as a trauma-informed perspective that recognizes how past experiences shape current patterns.

Her style is steady, collaborative, and strengths-oriented. Rather than focusing solely on what feels difficult, Keely helps clients identify and build upon what is already working, supporting the development of insight, confidence, and more sustainable ways of navigating challenges.

As Co-Founder of Integrated Minds Counseling Group, Keely is committed to fostering an environment where care is both thoughtful and well-supported. She values a structured, collaborative approach to clinical work, ensuring that each client receives care that is intentional, grounded, and aligned with best practices.
